Organisational Structure Visualisation
Do you maintain complex employee hierarchies in your company? Do you need clear information about vacant and occupied positions? Use our solution – Organisational Structure Visualisation.
It is an application that displays the current organisational structure of planned positions and their staffing. Personnel data is maintained by responsible employees of the company either in SAP HR (data is transferred to the application automatically once a day, at night) or as a manually created list in MS SharePoint (data is transferred manually at the moment of the list update).
Technical specification of the solution
The Organisational Structure Visualisation was developed and launched in the MS SharePoint interface. All users of the company’s informational system with a valid license have access to the application. Individual data is entered as an SQL DB and is subsequently transferred as a list to MS SharePoint.
Visualization display
After starting the application, the organisational structure is displayed on the first two levels.

Other display options
If the employee does not permit the publication of his photo, the image is replaced with a universal Avatar to preserve the structure.
The application also includes unfilled planned positions. Such a position will then appear in the visualisation as a separate workplace without a photo and employee information.

Search, print and save data
Searching is easy in the Organisational Structure Visualisation. Just enter the required information in the search field and then start the search. You can search by name, organisational unit, or planned position. For example, if you enter the password “Foreman”, a complete list of foremen in the company will be displayed. The application will then display the selected person with subordinates at the first level.
The organisational structure or its parts can be easily exported to PDF and PNG formats. For printing purposes, a print format option is also available.
Organisational Structure Visualisation and Employee Card

Organisational Structure Visualisation allows any referencing to other content using URL addresses. This makes it useful to connect the organisational structure to, for example, the Employee Card application.
The visitor will immediately receive more detailed information, including the employee’s telephone number and e-mail address.
Users with higher permissions can also view the more detailed employee information. This view significantly streamlines and facilitates the activities of HR specialists and managers.
