S/4HANA conversion for VINOLOK, a.s.
is completed

The Vinolok glass stopper has generated enthusiasm in the market due to its unique, fresh, and elegant design. This is one of the reasons why Vinolok decided to modernise its SAP corporate information system as part of its growth and, together with the consulting team, implement the migration of the existing SAP information system to the new S/4HANA 2020 technology.

We began this ambitious project in collaboration with the customer on April 1, 2021. We have completed all phases according to the Activate methodology, and since January 4, 2022, Vinolok has been utilising the new information system productively. Within the project, we not only implemented a technological upgrade of the information system but also optimised and standardised processes, especially in the fields of logistics, production, and sales planning. The project also included the implementation of SAP Extended Warehouse Management.

During the implementation, the PREGIS project team relied on the experience it gained in similar S/4HANA conversion projects.
